There are many different types of theories or orientations that can be utilized by therapists. Different types of therapies use various techniques to help individuals. A strong therapeutic relationship is crucial throughout the process. This involves trust, empathy, and a collaborative approach between the therapist and the client. The effectiveness of therapy depends on the active participation and engagement of the client.

If you need to cancel or your session, please do so within 24 hours. Meaning you have up to 24 hours before your appointment or the day of your appointment to notify of the cancellation. If you do not do this, you will have to pay a fee of $100. In some cases, events are totally beyond the client’s control which is understandable. Exceptions will be review on a case by case basis.

If a reschedule is needed, clients must do so 48 hours prior to their original appoint.

As a private pay client, it is up to the client to determine the number of sessions that they want and what they want to work towards in therapy. All information will be kept private and confidential in accordance with State and Federal Laws. Payments are accepted via TherapyNotes which is the virtual platform utilized for all sessions.

If you schedule a session and are a no show (meaning you have not showed up and there was no notification), you will be charged the full self pay rate. Please be mindful that therapists reserve time specifically for your appoints, and no-shows can impact their schedule and availability for other clients.

TherapyNotes is an online Mental Health Platform. This is where we will schedule appointments, meet for virtual sessions, document, and bill.
